  Friendly staff and my order is always right! Great renovating and it's clean! They need to have more people on the cash for the lineups in the morning though...

  Stopped Monday morning 3/6/17 about 11AM. 1 other customer and 6 employees. Nobody was interested in taking my order. 2 young ladies stood and chit-chatted right behind the counter in front of me. It starts at the top so if you own the place change managers, then train the employee base. I like Tim Hortons and will always shop the Fort Frances store. Great customer service on the Canadian side.
